Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of job-related experience.
  • 5 years in a management position.
  • Strong developed soft skills, high level of integrity, open and transparent, team player.
  • Passionate about digitalization and innovation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review variances and understand the business cycle and its impact on the profit and loss account.
  • Managerial skills, with the ability to delegate work, set clear direction, and manage workflow.
  • Knowledgeable in airline operations.
  • Command of English language.
