Job Title: Continuous Improvement Leader EMEA

This is a Full Remote job, available from the Middle East, EMEA, and Switzerland regions.

About the Role

As a Continuous Improvement Leader for the EMEA region, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative and diverse people around the world. Your impact will be felt through:

  • Working with key stakeholders to understand strategic direction, operating plans, and improvement objectives, ensuring alignment and development of Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Developing and coordinating site and multi-site improvement plans, integrating Continuous Improvement into the Plant Operations Operating System.
  • Ensuring the implementation of appropriate Continuous Improvement principles and standards for the 3M CI program.
  • Building upon existing improvement processes, plant operating systems, training, and systems thinking to ensure integration of all improvement methodologies into an effective CI approach.
  • Developing CI skills across all levels of the organization by creating and steering leaders along a specific learning journey for CI capabilities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Significant experience in manufacturing and/or operations management.
  • Leadership experience in manufacturing operations and/or business, with a proven track record of improvement.
  • Experience using Toyota Production System (TPS) methodologies, such as Lean, Kaizen, and Lean Six Sigma.
  • International experience, with a preference for multi-continent experience.
  • Experience with a wide array of improvement methodologies and the ability to drive operational and financial objectives.
  • Understanding of and experience improving core manufacturing technologies.
  • Experience accelerating the development of leaders and CI capability at all levels across multiple disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed in this role include:

  • A Master's degree in Science or Engineering.
  • Experience implementing and deploying office and factory solutions in multiple cultures.
  • Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and/or Black Belt certification.
  • Ability to influence all levels of employees and communicate effectively at all levels.

Country specifics: Location – prefer Poland or Germany, but will consider applicants from other countries within the EMEA region.
