To deliver high-quality corporate training to Aspire Zone President Office employees, focusing on the corporate training program and quality initiatives.

  • Develop and implement structured training programs for various audiences within a set timeline.
  • Foster experiential learning through exercises that increase awareness, modify attitudes, challenge misconceptions, and facilitate knowledge and skill mastery.
  • Use competency checks during the learning program to ensure participants understand key messages.
  • Emphasize the value of learning and encourage participants to participate, live Aspire Zone values, contribute, consider application in the workplace, and listen to others.
  • Create a learner-centered environment that promotes audience participation, drawing on their experience and skill sets.
  • Implement group facilitation strategies that foster a safe, comfortable, and cohesive learning environment.
  • Manage the training calendar to maximize participation among Aspire Zone President Office employees.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Learning & Development Specialist to develop training materials and coordinate documentation using appropriate formatting.
  • Select the most suitable medium for learning materials, such as Learning Plans, Workbooks, presentations, e-learning, etc.
  • Research information to guide learning theories and develop effective programs.
  • Maintain accurate records by having participants sign attendance sheets.
  • Provide participants with attendance certificates and update personnel files accordingly.
  • Include all participants in monthly learning and developmental records.
