Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Production: Oversee the daily food preparation and production in the main kitchen or satellites, ensuring that all dishes meet the set standards and qualities.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef or Executive Chef, and lead a team of chefs to achieve exceptional results.
- Quality Control: Ensure the highest standards of quality in daily preparation, and stay up to date with new products, recipes, and preparation techniques.
- Training and Development: Instruct and lead subordinates through their daily requirements in food preparation, and actively participate in the setup and supervision of buffets and special functions.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate and participate with other sections regarding requirements, cleanliness, wastage, and cost control.
- Event Planning: Consult and check on daily requirements, functions, and last-minute events.
- Staff Development: Guide and train subordinates daily to ensure high motivation and an economical working environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef training course
- Previous experience in quality establishments
- Good culinary skills
- Ability to communicate well in English
- A proven track record of food preparation, presentation, and preservation knowledge

- Proficient in Restaurant Operations, Effective Communication, Planning for Business, Supervising People, Understanding Differences, Supervising Operations, Teamwork, and Adaptability
Italian kitchen knowledge (Pizza & Pasta) is preferable.
Job Type and PayThis is a full-time position with a competitive salary of QAR 3,000.00 - QAR 5,000.00 per month.
