Job Overview:

As a Global Field Service Engineer, you will provide training and technical support to users and be an expert in all facets of the SOCOM Enterprise Analytical platform.

Responsibilities:

  1. Troubleshoot hardware and server issues, improve workflows, and engage with customers.
  2. Deploy for a minimum of 90 days OCONUS to locations such as Jordan, Qatar, Africa, or other required destinations.
  3. Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Manager or customer.

This role requires experience integrating intelligence capabilities to support operations and knowledge of command line interfaces and software, hardware, networks, and basic server administration. Strong communication skills are necessary to break down complex concepts into easy-to-understand explanations.

Qualifications:

  • Maintain a TS/SCI government security clearance.
  • Be deployable to the required theater of operations when needed.
  • Have extensive use and knowledge of Fade/MIST, Palantir, AIDE/Ares.
  • Deploy OCONUS for at least 90 days.
  • Have an instructional background and be proficient in teaching the required POI.
  • Have recent deployed experience operating as an Intelligence analyst, Operations & Intelligence Integrator, or in an 18F capacity in direct support of SOF.

Benefits and Salary:

The salary range is $80,000-90,000 per year. Compensation may vary based on factors such as education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
