  • Lead a team of skilled pastry chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu offerings that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen efficiency and minimize waste.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Bakery Manager in a high-volume hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of baking methods, ingredients, and equipment, with a focus on European cuisine.
  • Culinary school diploma or qualification from a reputable culinary institution.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a senior pastry chef or bakery management role, or a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
