We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at lxbfYeaa. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our senior-level managers, ensuring their schedules are optimized and their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel and accommodations.
  • Prepare expense reports, track daily expenses, and provide financial updates.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, manage administrative tasks, and format information for internal and external communication.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve workflow and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • High School degree or equivalent, with a PA diploma or certification preferred.
