Front Desk Associate

About the Role:
- You will be responsible for managing guest reservations, providing accurate information on room availability and rates, and assisting guests with special requests.
- You will work closely with the front office, sales, and revenue teams to ensure seamless coordination and maximum revenue generation.
- You will maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences, using this information to personalize their experience and build long-term loyalty.
- You will provide training and support to new colleagues to ensure consistent high standards of service delivery.
What You'll Need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
