About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you will play a critical role in assisting in the technical execution and delivery of cybersecurity solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation of cybersecurity solutions, including managing site visits to maintain the cybersecurity solution.
  • Provide cybersecurity trainings and consulting on cybersecurity matters as needed.
  • Ensure that the necessary cybersecurity infrastructure is in place to support Schneider Electric applications.
  • Assist in cybersecurity projects for OT systems and networks, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Assess and analyze the cybersecurity posture of OT systems and networks, identifying vulnerabilities and risks, and recommending remediation measures.
  • Participate in risk assessments and vulnerability assessments on the OT systems of our clients.
  • Provide expert guidance and consulting on OT cybersecurity best practices and technologies.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure the integration of cybersecurity into OT projects and operations.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in performing the installation and/or management of network-based firewalls, preferably Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, or another top-tier product.
  • 1-3 years of experience in performing L2/L3 network implementation and configuration, including STP, RING, VRRP, OSPF, ISIS, RIP, etc.
  • 1-3 years of experience in performing network troubleshooting using sniffers and other tools/technique.
  • 1-3 years of experience in implementing End-Point security solutions (Antivirus, Data Leakage Prevention, Host IPS, Allow-listing).
  • 1-3 years of experience in implementing system backup solutions.
  • 1-3 years of experience in scripting skills and programming language (python, PowerShell, Bash, etc).
  • Experience in using discovery, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing tools (Nessus, Qualys, ZAP Proxy, Burp Suite, Metasploit, etc).
  • Experience in OT Industrial Control System is a plus.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Cybersecurity or computer-related field.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or CEH are mandatory; CCNP Enterprise, and IEC-62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist are a plus.
