About the role: As the Head of System Completion at Mekdam Holding Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of complex systems in major capital projects. This includes managing system completion workflow processes and databases, as well as ensuring seamless handovers from project teams to operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement system completion strategies for EPC contractors and sub-contractors in oil and gas projects.
  • Manage ITRs, punch lists, and system completion certification processes to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Collaborate with internal organizations to interface and communicate effectively.
  • Develop and maintain multi-discipline system completion databases, including ICAPS and OPERCOM Methodology.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with stakeholder specifications and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • 10 years of experience handling system completion in major capital projects, including work in brownfield environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Application and in-depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications and industry standards.
