Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Completion Manager to join our team at Applus+. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of our NFS Onshore Project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Plan, direct, and supervise completion activities to ensure timely delivery of all aspects related to preparation, coordination, planning, and execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and handover activities.
  • Systematization and Documentation: Control sub-systems definition in completion software to ensure high-quality project documentation, including DCC, RFC, RFSU, and HO dossiers.
  • Quality and Safety: Meet key objectives of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with a focus on safety, planning, and quality.
  • Contractor Management: Ensure that contractors' completion software and associated databases are ready before PCC execution phases.
  • Progress Reporting: Implement progress reporting based on actual completion, prior to execution.
  • Dossier Management: Implement dossiers formats and matrix of signatures, prior to execution.
  • Coordination and Communication: Provide general coordination during PCC for completion activities and day-to-day coordination with EPC contractors and site activities of multi-disciplines teams.
Key Accountabilities
  • Supervision and Review: Supervise, review, and approve EPC contractor deliverables and associated completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning databases.
  • Systematization and Development: Review and advise on the systematization of the project to timely development of NFS completion databases.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain constructive working relationships with EPC contractors and stakeholders to ensure safe and flawless preparation, execution, and delivery of pre-commissioning and commissioning works and activities in compliance with contract requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure quality and adequacy of DCC, RFC, RFSU, and HO dossiers issued by CTRs.
  • Complexity and Scope: Manage very large and complex facilities, including early and prolonged SIMOPS, with a large scope related to utilities that is on the critical path of the project.
