About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Specialist to join our team at Adecco Careers in Doha, Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of internal and external communications activities through direct personal involvement and indirect management of third-party agencies.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate dissemination of information.
  • Coordinate with third-party agencies to achieve communications objectives.
  • Assist in managing corporate events and corporate social responsibility activities.
  • Propose new initiatives in line with corporate communications strategy and objectives.
  • Aid in achieving set yearly objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in communications or a related field.
  • Expertise in communication strategy and implementation.
  • Deep understanding of international and regional media engagement, messaging strategy, communication risk, and internal communication.
  • Very good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
