Job Title: Senior BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Coordinator to join our team at Talent Pal in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our construction technology team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the focal point for all information related to project BIM delivery, ensuring seamless coordination with clients and stakeholders.
  • Attend client coordination meetings, addressing RFIs, and progress-related issues with each discipline.
  • Perform QA/QC checks on completed tasks from production teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Coordinate the BIM team for each discipline, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Manage and maintain project content, sourcing additional content as required to support BIM model development.
  • Ensure BIM data is compatible, consistent, and accurate, with a focus on clash detection and resolution.
  • Manage and monitor BIM reports, ensuring compliance with Employer's EIR requirements.
  • Collaborate with the BIM team to provide input and support during clash detection, 4D planning, and 5D cost planning processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural or Engineering.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in BIM coordination and management.
  • Excellent technical skills, with proficiency in CAD software and Revit.
