About the Role

The Policy and Rewards Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as designing and implementing rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with best practices.
  2. Design and implement rewards strategies, structures, policies, and procedures to drive business results.
  3. Conduct salary surveys to identify trends and disparities in compensation and benefits.
  4. Perform job analysis and job evaluation exercises to determine job grades and salaries.
  5. Administer performance bonuses, merit increments, and other salary-related reviews on time.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar position or responsibility.
  • Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
Desirable Skills
  • Extensive knowledge of organizational development principles and best practices.
  • Experience in rewards design, grading structures, salary scales, bonus schemes, and salary benchmarks.
  • Knowledge of Job Evaluation methodologies, including HAY methodology.
  • Working knowledge of HRM-ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel.
