Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Coordinator to join our team at Maven Trading and Installation WLL. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for coordinating HVAC technician support, ensuring efficient resource utilization and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and schedule service appointments for HVAC technicians to guarantee prompt service delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service requests, inquiries, and follow-ups, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage parts orders, monitor inventory levels, and ensure that technicians have the necessary tools and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, service reports, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare reports on service metrics, technician performance, and customer satisfaction for management review.
  • Address and resolve client concerns, facilitating effective solutions between customers and technicians.
  • Assist in onboarding new service technicians and provide administrative support to the service team.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in HVAC services, customer service, or a similar role is beneficial.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client and team interactions.
  • The ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently is crucial.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities to handle scheduling, documentation, and client coordination are necessary.
  • This role primarily involves office-based work with occasional travel to job sites for service coordination or client meetings.
