Sales and Service Expert

This Sales Engineer position within our HVAC Aftermarket team requires a skilled professional who can provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and aftermarket products, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement) for technical feasibility and project delivery.
- Develop and deliver presentations showcasing the benefits of ENIM's HVAC aftermarket offerings.
- Participate in sales meetings and calls, addressing customer queries and providing technical insights.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Bolster and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Provide product training to internal and external customers.
- Monitor market trends and contribute to new sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and aftermarket solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
