Job Summary

Management Solutions International MSI Qatar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local, national, and international health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and evaluate the effectiveness of existing safety measures.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures to promote a safe work environment.
  • Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine causes and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of the workplace, equipment, and facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and emergency drills.
  • Monitor health and safety performance through inspections, audits, and incident tracking.
  • Prepare and present reports on HSE performance to management and regulatory agencies as required.
Requirements
  • Experience conducting risk assessments and audits.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using HSE management software and tools for reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills to identify hazards, assess risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for delivering training, preparing reports, and engaging with stakeholders.
  • Ability to convey complex HSE concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
