About The Role

The Highfield Company is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring that our clients' needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
  • Develop and implement contract management strategies to minimize risk and maximize value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that contracts are aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on contract law and best practices to internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough contract reviews and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Requirements

  • MRICS qualification and a relevant construction-related degree.
  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC Form of Contract and contract law.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
