**Job Overview:**

The Community College of Qatar seeks a highly experienced Cybersecurity Strategist to lead its cybersecurity efforts. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity framework to protect the institution's assets
  • Oversee the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Lead the development of security awareness programs and conduct regular phishing simulations to educate employees on potential threats
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement secure cloud and network architectures

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are mandatory
  • Preferred certifications include CCSP, OSCP, and CREST
