About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales Growth Strategist to drive sales growth by identifying potential clients, understanding their cybersecurity and infrastructure needs, and effectively presenting our solutions to meet those requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Client Acquisition:
    Identify and target potential clients in the cybersecurity and infrastructure sector.
    Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through active prospecting and lead generation.
  • Consultative Selling:
    Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' cybersecurity and infrastructure requirements.
    Propose tailored solutions that align with clients' objectives and budget constraints.
  • Solution Presentation and Demonstration:
    Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure:
    Engage in negotiations to secure contracts and agreements that meet both client and company needs.
    Close sales deals in a timely and efficient manner while achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
    Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Market Research and Feedback:
    Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and market developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
    Provide valuable feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the cybersecurity or IT infrastructure sector.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and infrastructure solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
