About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Marketing Coordinator to join our HR Team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent to our organization through innovative talent acquisition attraction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns that enhance our employer brand and attract qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to reach potential candidates.
  • Create engaging and informative content tailored to different candidate personas, including social media posts, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Collaborate with social media teams to promote job openings, company culture, and employee achievements for Qatar Airways Group.
  • Utilize platform analytics tools to track and analyze the effectiveness of talent acquisition campaigns and recruitment efforts.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics, such as candidate engagement and application conversion rates.
  • Work closely with Line Manager, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements and develop campaigns.
  • Support the production of collaterals and giveaways for Talent Acquisition.
  • Assist with updating the careers website content using content management systems (CMS), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance across all pages.
About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our HR Team who can recognize themselves in the points below.

  • Minimum qualification of Bachelor's degree or equivalent is essential.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment marketing role.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Creativity and innovation.
  • Ability to give attention to detail.
  • Background in Adobe Creative Cloud tools for design and editing tasks will be an added advantage.
