  • Facilities Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable working area at all times.
  • Scheduling and Meeting Rooms: Assist in scheduling appointments and preparing meeting rooms as needed.
  • Meeting Room Oversight: Oversee meeting rooms to ensure they are correctly set up and maintained clean and orderly.
  • Service Staff Support: Ensure service staff in meeting rooms are well-trained, well-groomed, and ready to provide excellent service during meetings.
  • Administrative Tasks: Support administrative tasks such as photocopying and assisting staff and guests with their requirements.
  • VIP Experience: Deliver a premium reception experience for VIP guests, ensuring all arrangements are prepared and executed seamlessly.
  • Proactive Service: Anticipate and address visitor needs proactively before they are requested.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the hospitality team to support events and meetings exceptionally.

In this role, we expect you to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • A minimum of 1 year of Front Office experience.
  • Previous experience working in the Middle East Region is an advantage.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office products.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
