About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's team as a Balanced Scorecard Specialist. You will play a key role in supporting the implementation of strategy management and the Balanced Scorecard across the organization. This includes developing key relationships with business lines, establishing strategy management processes, and assisting departments with developing strategy maps, objectives, KPIs, targets, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Strategy Management & the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) across the firm.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business lines to develop and implement strategy management processes.
  • Collaborate with departments to develop comprehensive strategy maps, objectives, KPIs, targets, and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive KPIs to monitor performance throughout the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree qualification in Commerce or comparable with Master's Degree from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 15 years' experience with a minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate strategy and scorecard driven environments.
  • 3 years' experience with Balanced Scorecard is essential reflecting solid knowledge and implementation of Balanced Scorecard principles.
