Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited University. They should also have professional qualifications from a recognised International Institution and a strong career development record.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of post-graduate experience, with at least 5 years in a management or technical lead role.
  • Experience in managing, reviewing, and approving design documents and drawings related to odour control facilities and systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of odour control technologies, chemical processes, and environmental engineering principles.
  • Ability to analyse data related to odour dispersion and chemical composition, proficiency in using analytical tools and software.
  • Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards related to air quality and odour control.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, experience in large-scale project delivery, and design team management. Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken. Strong technical writing and oral communication skills are required, along with proficiency in using design software and being computer literate.
