Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join QAFCO's Risk Management team as a Senior Risk Specialist. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and maintaining an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework that supports the company's Vision, Mission, and Strategic Objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a robust ERM framework that identifies, assesses, and mitigates strategic risks.
  • Support the Head of Risk Management in coordinating ERM Committee meetings and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement standards and procedures for the ERM framework.
  • Collaborate with Management team members to identify and mitigate strategic risks.
  • Provide guidance and support to ERM focal points on risk management best practices.
  • Liaise with the industry to stay updated on best risk management practices.
  • Maintain Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management frameworks.
