Job Description
The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, establishing key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a strong understanding of the technology industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Sales Metrics Management: Establish and maintain sales metrics to measure team and individual performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least three years' experience working in Qatar and at least 3 years in a management role.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in a technology company or related industry.
- Track Record: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management abilities, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
