What The Job Involves
- We provide research and analysis of potential real estate investments in designated sectors and geographies.
- Our team leads the preparation of recommendations to the investment committee.
- We construct detailed financial models to evaluate opportunities, analyze transactions, perform sensitivities, calculate performance ratios, and value real estate.
- Our support includes transactional modeling and valuation reports.
- We assess investments' business plans, capital expenditure programs, taxation issues, etc.
- We build relationships with internal and external stakeholders for effective transaction management.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- An advanced degree, CFA, or professional market experience is desired.
- Transactional involvement in real estate from investment banking and/or investing.
- Strong attention to detail and modeling skills.
