  • Assist the Head of Projects in handling all assignments and ensuring timely completion.
  • Coordinate with the Site Engineer and their teams to assign daily work tasks and provide support.
  • Collect and review information from Foremen and Helpers to solve daily issues and provide a proper level of support to the project department.
  • Ensure optimum utilization of available resources by prioritizing supply as per requirement.
  • Prepare and produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
  • Prepare daily reports and fill daily log-books.
  • Provide end-to-end administration support for timely completion and effective communication to all project departments.
  • Perform and oversee daily administrative activities and communications to ensure smooth execution of the project team.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of office systems to ensure update of information according to data quality standards.
  • Coordinate and develop a team to ensure activities are executed according to procedures and methodologies.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Analyze complex data for preparation of reports as required by the operational management team.
  • Prepare reports on daily department activities to provide timely and accurate communication.
  • Maintain a wide range of document control, including filing and keeping confidential documents.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry (preferable).
  • BE/B. Tech in Electrical.
