Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Amentum. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational, administrative, and management oversight to all linguists in the assigned area of operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure quality service and support to the customer in the assigned area of operations.
  • Track linguist TDY to ensure within approved cost and travel claims are accurately liquidated in a timely manner.
  • Provide life support services for linguists arriving in Qatar, including berthing arrangements, base indoctrination, and account setup.
  • Communicate changes, requirements, concerns, and issues to the Task Order Deputy Program Manager.
  • Ensure customer requests are forwarded to the Task Order Deputy Program Manager and the customer is maintained aware of the request status.
  • Coordinate linguist and customer/unit POC meetings to ensure expectations are managed and requirements defined by the SOW are met.
  • Maintain accurate KNACK records for assigned linguists.
  • Manage and maintain 100% annual language testing and medical readiness status for assigned linguists.
  • Coordinate with the customer to support linguist schedules and travel.
  • Ensure linguists adhere to established customer regulations and standards of conduct.
