Job Objective

To manage financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls. The selected candidate will prepare the Monthly Management of Accounts, ensure appropriate reporting in SAP FC as per Holcim finance standards (HARP), and manage proper postings into general ledger/sub-ledgers following HARP guidelines.

Key Performance Indicators

  1. Preparing required financial information and documentation for audits, both internal and external.
  2. Preparing final financial statements during the month-end and year-end closings for reporting to the Group.
  3. Managing suppliers and customers bank guarantees.
  4. Working with the Head of Finance/CFO on the preparation of CAPEX proposals.
  5. Monitoring monthly OPEX variations.
  6. Ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Certified Chartered Accountant certification is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the finance and accounts department is necessary. Fluency in English language and proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft, etc.) are essential. ERP System knowledge is also required.
