Role Accountabilities:
  • Lead the scoping and documentation of Group and OpCo requirements.
  • Assess leading Managed Service Solution and formulate into Group requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align budgets and scope approvals.
RFP Management:
  • Lead the preparation and submission of Group RFPs for IT Managed Services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required information and documentation for RFP responses.
  • Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and deadlines.
  • Perform technical analysis and evaluation of solution options.
  • Provide management recommendation.
Technical Understanding:
  • Deep knowledge of IT Managed Services offerings and solutions to effectively communicate technical details in RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex technical solutions into clear and compelling proposals.
  • Strong understanding and experience in Telecoms IT Operations and Application Development.
  • Detailed understanding of Agile development principles and DevOps/CICD frameworks and tools.
  • Experienced in the implementation and optimization of ITIL and OSS platforms and processes.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all RFP activities.
  • Coordinate with multi-country stakeholders up to CXO level the alignment of technical proposal evaluations.
  • Generate management analysis and consultancy reports.
  • Generate reports on the status and outcomes of RFP submissions.
Market Research:
  • Informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in IT Managed Services.
  • Utilize market insights to enhance the competitiveness of our RFP responses.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to align RFP responses with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive RFP strategy.
Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, or similar).
  • Proven experience in managing and responding to RFPs, preferably in the IT Managed Services telecoms sector.
  • Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and related technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
