Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Executive to manage a portfolio of key accounts, achieving set sales targets, profit margins, and price optimization. The ideal candidate will drive account penetration by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to increase product offerings, enhance buyer relationships, and address customer needs. He or she will build and implement strategic plans to increase account satisfaction, penetration, and long-term sales growth, leading the development and delivery of customized sales presentations that showcase product value and address client objectives.
The role requires monitoring and optimizing the ROI of key accounts, ensuring that investments align with revenue generation, and cultivating and maintaining strong, positive relationships with existing customers as a trusted resource. Regular reviews and evaluations of annual contracts will ensure alignment with goals, and corrective actions will be taken as necessary. Collaboration with internal teams will support the development of new product offerings and the enhancement of existing services, with a focus on efficient delivery and high levels of satisfaction across all accounts. Additionally, the incumbent will identify risks or new opportunities within the client base, recommending proactive solutions and adjustments to maintain strong account health.
