This role involves managing relationships, driving growth, leveraging marketing tools, and providing guidance and support to a team of Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a senior business consultant for high-value partners.
  • Drive growth through strategic initiatives, effective communication, and marketing efforts.
  • Lead and manage a team of Account Managers, providing guidance and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Organize and participate in partner meetings, lunches, and events.
  • Negotiate and convince partners effectively and respectfully.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Track and report on partner performance and campaigns.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Utilize market knowledge to provide valuable insights to partners.
  • Initiate projects and suggest improvements from a partner's perspective.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
