Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a similar establishment, with a strong track record of leadership and management.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification, with a deep understanding of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Excellent knowledge of menu planning, food costing, and inventory management.
  • Ability to create and execute innovative and appealing menus, with a focus on seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals.
