Job DescriptionThis role supports the smooth running of our restaurants by providing efficient and effective service, ensuring high standards, and guaranteeing guest comfort at all times. A high degree of product knowledge is necessary to recommend and up-sell offerings confidently.
- Welcome, interact, and communicate with guests and colleagues in a courteous, friendly, and clear manner.
- Take, prepare, and serve orders accurately while promoting and up-selling products to maximize sales and meet outlet targets.
- Liaise with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service and adhere to age requirements for consuming alcoholic beverages.
- Clean and clear tables promptly after guests have finished their meals professionally.
- Maintain stock levels, handle transactions accurately, and maintain cleanliness of the outlet.
- Ensure adherence to company Health and Safety policies and train new team members.
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have experience from the hotel or F&B industry, with a minimum of 1 year as a Service Attendant in a 3-star or above category hotel.
Fluent English is mandatory, with other languages being an advantage.
You will possess key skills such as passion, teamwork, integrity, ownership, planning, analytical thinking, and good communication.
