Job Title: Carpenter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Accor. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of our waterpark facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tool Maintenance: Use, store, and maintain all hand tools, including power hand tools and woodworking machines.
  • Design and Drafting: Interpret scale drawings and perform simple drawing detailing.
  • Woodworking: Shape and prepare timber, including dovetailing details for all woodwork design and furniture repair.
  • Construction and Repair: Make doors, frames, grounds, skirting, architrave, and all kinds of fitments to support the maintenance of waterpark facilities.
  • Lock and Furniture Repair: Fix and repair frames in walls, doors, windows, gates, locks, and furniture.
  • Planning and Coordination: Assist the Maintenance Manager and Supervisor in preparing and planning modification and improvement works in the waterpark.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary / High school education.
  • Qualifications: Qualification in Trades Technician level, variety of engineering/maintenance.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills – ability to use BMS.
  • Language: Good proficiency in the English language.
