Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of architectural designs, focusing on progression from concept to completion.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including MEP, structural, electrical, and sustainability teams.
  • Evaluate and implement strategies to ensure compliance with local regulations and zoning requirements.
  • Leverage knowledge of Qatar's district regulations to ensure all designs align with local guidelines.
  • Cultivate partnerships with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Verify design submissions to guarantee quality, precision, and buildability.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  2. Essential 2-3 years of experience working in Qatar.
  3. Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD.
  4. Preferred experience with Revit.
  5. Excellent skills in SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office software.
  6. Deep understanding of Qatar's building codes, zoning laws, and permit procedures.
  7. Proven ability to manage multiple disciplines, harmonizing architecture, structure, MEP, and sustainability.
  8. Outstanding analytical and organizational skills.
  9. Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
