This Maintenance Operations Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our residential properties.

Key Tasks

  1. Responsible for the overall maintenance of residential properties, ensuring compliance with Qatar Airways standards and regulations.
  2. Carry out regular checks on vital systems, including electrical, plumbing, drainage, and air conditioning, and address any issues promptly.
  3. Liaise with external contractors and internal clients to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  4. Conduct daily inspections of properties to identify government notices or unresolved maintenance requests.
  5. Develop and implement design requirements for safety, accessibility, and building code guidelines, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
  6. Verify that Service Provider personnel comply with safety standards, including PPE, and that office equipment is functional within set time frames.
  7. Execute other department duties as assigned by the Head of the Department.
  8. Confirm adherence to all company processes and policies.

Your Background

  1. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with minimum 2-3 years of job-related experience.
  2. Minimum diploma in electrical or mechanical with excellent communication skills.
  3. Experience preferably from Hotel/Hospitality/Facilities Management.
  4. Computer literacy, able to work on Tabs, PC, and laptops.
  5. Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
  6. Able to handle customers in a polite and patient manner, ideally people-focused.
  7. Thorough knowledge of Maintenance works related to electrical, plumbing, drainage, and air conditioning.
  8. Quality maintaining of floor and wall finishes.
  9. Basic knowledge on technical operation of appliances.
  10. Able to work under pressure.
  11. Valid Qatari or transferable driving license.
