Your Role
  1. Lead and manage a team of risk consultants to deliver high-quality risk management solutions to clients.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored risk management advice.
  3. Design and implement effective risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans to minimize potential risks.
  5. Develop and maintain risk management dashboards to provide real-time insights.
  6. Support clients in providing comprehensive risk management solutions.
  7. Work on various projects, including governance, internal control, internal audit, and compliance.
  8. Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
What We're Looking For
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or relevant post-graduate qualifications are desirable.
  2. Professional certification such as CRM, FRM, CPA, CFA, CIA, or relevant industry certifications are highly valued.
  3. A minimum of 6 years of experience in risk management consulting, preferably within a Big 4 or similar professional services firm.
  4. Experience working on large-scale risk management projects, particularly in the GCC region.
  5. Experience in risk management projects across multiple industries.
  6. Experience in other consulting projects, such as policies and procedures, internal control, governance, and compliance.
