Job Description

Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd is seeking a seasoned Learning and Talent Development Expert to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a talent assessment and development framework that aligns with the company's Qatarization goals.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar position. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required, along with British Psychological Society (BPS) Level A & P certification or equivalent.

You will work closely with the Head of Learning and Development to deliver high-profile business-critical development programs, including operational technical programs, leadership development programs, and professional accreditation programs. Additionally, you will manage the Annual Training Plan, identify suitable training providers, and coordinate the training delivery process to ensure the achievement of learning objectives.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of Learning and Development principles and best practices, as well as experience with the full ADDIE cycle in a Learning and Development section. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
