  • Process Optimization: Oversee and support process improvements by reviewing daily transactions on performance parameters, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Client Support: Provide technical support and guidance to the team, ensuring that client queries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the technical knowledge and skills of the team, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent client service.
  • Performance Monitoring: Review performance dashboard and scores for the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance performance.
  • Documentation: Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken, and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all product information and disclosures are given to clients before and after the call/email requests, and that all service agreements are complied with.
  • Escalation: Identify red flags and escalate serious client issues to the Team Leader in cases of untimely resolution.
  • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain a knowledge base of common problems and recommended resolutions, ensuring that the team has access to the information they need to provide excellent client service.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in self-learning opportunities and maintain personal networks to stay current with product features, changes, and updates.

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of the product.
