About the Role

The Campaign Marketing Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns that drive foot traffic, maximize revenue through increased product sales, and enhance Qatar Airways' brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Comprehensive Campaign Strategies: Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive campaign strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience to achieve business objectives.
  2. Coordinate Campaign Production: Coordinate all aspects of campaign production, including print materials, digital assets, and multimedia content to create comprehensive, cohesive, and effective campaigns that resonate with the target audience across various mediums and channels.
  3. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Coordinate with internal teams on the campaigns' creativity, designs, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  4. Oversee Campaign Assets: Oversee the creation and optimization of campaign assets by ensuring that they are compelling with the brand and optimized for all our channels to maximize effectiveness in achieving campaign goals such as driving sales or increasing brand awareness.
  5. Monitor Campaign Performance: Monitor campaign performance and analyze data through marketing and analytics tools to measure effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.
  6. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with key stakeholders including Qatar Airways, Internal Media Services, HIA teams, and QR group subsidiaries by identifying new media advertising channels to expand our 360° integrated media solutions.
  7. Provide Weekly Reports: Provide Line Manager with detailed weekly reports including, but not limited to, business trends, brand partner needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, assisting in developing all new marketing activities and initiatives to bridge revenue gaps.
  8. Deliver Innovative Campaigns: Leverage Qatar Airways' Trinity model USP to deliver innovative and pioneering award-winning 360° integrated marketing campaigns leading to revenue increase and positive results for both Qatar Airways and brand partners.
  9. Prepare Mock-ups and Media Proposals: Use design skills to prepare mock-ups of new ideas and media proposals to deploy all promotions and campaigns and generate more sales.
  10. Liaise with Suppliers: Liaise with Media and Creative Suppliers to optimize brand exposure and benefit thereof.
  11. Monitor Site Production: Monitor site production work from vendors on a day-to-day basis to ensure production is as per agreed budget, timeline, and quality.
  12. Plan and Organize: Plan and organize personal planning and implementation strategy to maximize the return on time investment.
  13. Maintain DOA and Procurement Policies: Maintain and implement DOA and Procurement policies to achieve better financial management, vendor relationships, and overall operational effectiveness.
  14. Perform Department Duties: Perform other department duties related to the position as directed by the Head of the Department.
About You

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  1. High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification / Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience.
  2. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience.

Job-specific skills & experience:

  1. Experience in campaign marketing, with a focus on production, offline and digital content creation.
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing and rolling out campaigns across multiple channels.
  3. Experience in a Multinational Advertising Agency in an Account Management role or a medium-sized Duty Free operation retail outlet for at least 2 years would be ideal.
  4. Demonstrated successful track record in creating and executing effective large marketing and advertising campaigns.
