Key Responsibilities

  • Developing Test Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive test strategies to validate the functionality and performance of our applications.
  • Quality Assurance Scope Definition: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define the quality assurance scope for projects, ensuring that all aspects of system functionality are thoroughly tested.
  • Test Procedure Development: Develop end-to-end QA test procedures that include an optimal mix of manual and automation test cases, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support process improvement efforts to enhance QC activities, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as necessary.
  • SOP Authoring and Revision: Participate in authoring and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and quality objectives are met.
  • Supplier Qualification and Assessment: Assist in supplier qualification and assessment activities to ensure that all suppliers meet our quality standards.
  • Inspection and Testing: Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspection and testing according to documented policies and procedures.
  • Departmental Process Maintenance: Maintain the department's QA manual/processes and supervise all amendments and revisions.
  • Audit Support: Provide support during audits as required.

Requirements

  • Airline/Aviation Domain Experience**: Must have experience working in the airline or aviation domain.
  • Strong Technical Skills**: Possess strong technical skills, including knowledge of quality assurance principles, testing methodologies, and software development lifecycles.
  • Excellent Communication Skills**: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership Skills**: Exhibit leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving quality objectives.
