About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver compelling product or service presentations to potential clients.
    • HIGHLIGHT THE UNIQUE SELLING POINTS AND BENEFITS TO MEET THEIR NEEDS.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally and promptly.
  3. Sales Performance:
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
  4. Market Intelligence:
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
    • Provide valuable insights to improve our products or services.
  5. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other necessary documents.
    • Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  6. Product Expertise:
    • Gain in-depth knowledge of our products or services.
    • Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights and strategies.
    • Attend sales meetings and contribute to team goals.
