Job Title: Finance Manager – Doha

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Dawaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial management of our company, ensuring that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate financial risks.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the construction and real estate industries.
  • Certifications: Preferably CPA and/or ACCA, CA certification.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, working knowledge of ERP systems, and excellent English communication skills.
