You will work closely with Human Capital and business leaders to support the development of high-potential employees and future leaders, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a deep understanding of leadership development frameworks, models, and best practices, as well as experience in designing and delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and development activities. You will also be responsible for conducting assessments to identify leadership gaps and development needs across the organization, using tools like 360-degree feedback, assessments, and development plans.
