About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Snoonu. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing and e-commerce strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Commercial Director to create and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
  2. Manage E-commerce Platforms: Oversee the maintenance of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences and optimal conversion rates.
  3. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including PR, marketing, digital, and content teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  4. Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing strategies.
  5. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive and effective.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 5+ years in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing, with a proven track record of managing e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  3. Skills: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and international e-commerce operations.
  4. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing communications team.
  5. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
