The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing, coordinating, and optimizing facility operations, with a focus on driving efficiency, cost management, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Monitoring, Planning & Scheduling: Continuously monitor and manage tasks on CAFM, ensuring timely completion and adherence to agreed timeframes.
  • PPM Schedules: Design, implement, and monitor PPM schedules to meet OEM requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Store and Spare Part Management: Coordinate stores and spare part requirements to ensure timely ordering, delivery, and issuing of materials for efficient works execution.
  • Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM): Work with senior teams to design, procure, and implement new CAFM systems, ensuring accurate data capture and management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In a related subject such as facilities management, business administration, or engineering.
  • Experience: 15 years of experience, with at least 10 years in a senior role, preferably in a Tier 1 Soft FM provider.
  • Credentials: Strong knowledge of CAFM systems (Archibus) and experience working with procurement, commercial, and contract management.
