Lead Customer Insights Manager

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement research methodologies to gain insights into customer behavior and market trends.
- Design and execute surveys using various platforms and tools to collect and analyze complex customer and commercial data.
- Produce high-quality reports and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Utilize advanced analytical and visualization systems, including SAS, SPSS, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and SAP BOBJ, to extract, transform, and visualize data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer service, success, and experience initiatives.
- Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Expertise in research methodologies, consumer behavior, and market research activities.
- Proficiency in survey platforms and tools, as well as advanced analytical and visualization systems.
- Strong skills in data extraction, transformation, and visual analytics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
