The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing an Ethics and Compliance function, promoting a culture of ethical behavior, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
  1. Establish and Lead Ethics and Compliance Function: The incumbent will establish and lead the Ethics and Compliance function, reporting to the Chief Audit, Risk and Compliance.
  2. Promote a Culture of Ethical Behavior: The candidate will promote a culture of ethical behavior and increase awareness across the organization through communication and training.
  3. Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, with emphasis on anti-corruption and anti-bribery.
  4. Develop Investigation Policy: Develop and implement an investigation policy.
  5. Manage Whistleblowing Hotline: Manage the Speak Up and Whistleblowing hotline, and conduct all investigations as required.
  6. Adhere to Code of Conduct: Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct (CoC), including development and improvement to both employee and supplier CoC.
  7. Lead Fraud and Compliance Risk Assessment: Lead the fraud and compliance risk assessment programmes working with ERM.
  8. Maintain Business Rapport: Maintain a strong business rapport with the management in particular with Audit, Risk, HR and Legal.
  9. Provide Support: Provide Ethics and Compliance related support to Management as business partner and trusted advisor.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree holder in any relevant field.
  • Certifications: Preferably with a CFE and/or CCEP qualification.
  • Skills: With exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Training Experience: Significant experience in leading and/or conducting Ethics-related trainings.
  • Investigation Experience: Must have experience in independently leading ethics investigations and the like.
